Hosch Belt Cleaners and Belt Tracking Rollers

The consequences of dirty and misaligned conveyor belts are calculated to include lost production time, damage to components, greater health & safety hazards, lower productivity and higher direct costs through additional man hours and, ultimately damage to the belt itself.

Unquestionably the market leaders, the Hosch range of belt cleaners and tracking rollers provide the highest performance in heavy duty applications.

The Hosch range of tungsten cleaners includes scrapers for the primary and secondary positions, with on-drum and off-drum positioning and includes optional tungsten tips designed to work with mechanical as well as vulcanised joints.

With the expertise we have gained in the field and in cooperation with our supplier, ConveyorTek also supply and fit the Hosch Tracker Roller systems. Hosch has tracking roller solutions designed for either the troughed carrying side or the return side that provide durable, maintenance free solutions with ease of installation integral to the success of the system.
