ConveyorTek is proud to represent Rulmeca with its range of robust and durable steel rollers that have long been the most recognisable and successful brand in the Irish market due to their long life performance. The effectiveness of the Rulmeca PSV roller sealing system provides the solution to the environmental challenges of dust, dirt, water, low and high temperatures.

The Rulmeca family of conveyor rollers also includes the new Rulmeca HDPE (High Density Polyethyelene) TOP roller that has a lower weight with respect to a steel roller (about 50%), which means a lower power consumption during start/stop operation of the belt conveyor and the Melco Supreme heavy duty corrosion and abrasion resistant roller, a steel and HDPE tube combination that combines mechanical strength, reduced weight and wear resistance all in the one roller.

Rulmeca Motorized Drums

Fully sealed in a steel drum, the Rulmeca motorized pulley is a highly efficient, geared motor drive with no external moving parts. It requires less maintenance compared with other conventional pulley drive/gear-box units and provides many other advantages such as low noise, improved safety and compactness.
