Conveyor Service

Rubber and PVC Vulcanising Service

We offer an all-Ireland rubber and PVC conveyor belt fitting and vulcanising service, with all of our service teams fully equipped to carry out hot vulcanising, cold vulcanising or mechanically spliced belts 7 days / week.

On-site hot vulcanising is available in widths up to 1600mm wide with Risk Assessments carried out as standard and Method Statements provided where needed.

All our site personnel are accredited with Safe Pass / Quarry Pass and are ticketed on fork lifts, MEWPs, slinging and banking cranes, as we not only vulcanise belts for our customers but we fit them as well. It is this 'one-stop shop' service that sets ConveyorTek apart, giving our customers reassurance that not only are they getting a complete service from one single contractor but that it will be carried out safely.
