Bulk Handling Conveyors and Chute Design

The team at ConveyorTek has extensive experience in working with a large variety of bulk material products. Over the years they have successfully helped to solve many conveyor problems in Quarrying, Mining, Sand, Coal, Fertiliser, Grain, Timber, Compost, Recycling and more recently BIO-Mass.

Every material behaves differently and it is important to understand the property characteristics of the material when designing chutes and material discharge trajectories in order to avoid costly maintenance issues at a later date.

In recent years the people of ConveyorTek have successfully installed compost screening plants, coal blending plants, fertiliser systems and magnetic recycling conveyors.
